FOOTHILL ATTENDS KIDSCREEN SUMMIT AND NY TOY FAIR WITH EXPANDED SLATE

(New York- February 8, 2006) International distributor Foothill Entertainment, Inc. is in New York with an expanded catalogue of children's and family entertainment programming. "Over the last several years we have focused a lot more on our development projects," said Foothill President Jo Kavanagh-Payne. "However, our completed programming catalogue has grown tremendously in the past 6 months, and we are anxious to get a fast start to 2006." The Company says it acquired in rapid order, rights to 26 x 25" animated series My Little Fox and teen/ young adult CGI feature Elysium, and the live action costume series Wish-a-Roo Park (13 x 25') that aired successfully on PBS. This augments its existing catalogue which includes the kids' animated movie, Toy Warrior (1x 76') and classics Barney (13 x 5'), Batfink (100 x 5'), Dress Up Box (52 x 5') and Little Monsters, among others.

To assist in this expanded sales effort, the Company recently announced that industry veteran Patricia J. Ryan has joined its ranks. Prior to this, Ryan was President of International Sales with independent animation giant DIC Entertainment Inc. "We have known Pat personally for many, many years and we are really delighted that she was available to help with our sales and marketing," said Kavanagh-Payne. Added Foothill Chairman Gregory Payne, "It was becoming increasingly difficult to cover the world ourselves with the increased catalogue as well as devote time to our development projects. Pat has made an immediate impact on sales."

The Company expects its New York journey will help it re-connect with domestic East Coast programming buyers; introduce its new properties to the toy buyers; cement its current development initiatives and continue its expanding international sales.

Founded in September 2000 by former DIC Entertainment executive vice president of business and legal affairs, Gregory Payne and Jo Kavanagh-Payne, former Link Television Entertainment, Inc senior vice president of U.S. operations, Foothill specializes in the co-development and distribution of children's and family entertainment programming. Their company is based in Santa Barbara, California.
