Odyssey Builds Foothill

US media group Odyssey Pictures will fund Californian distributor and content provider Foothill Entertainment's latest cartoon from UK indie SPH Digital.

Texan media investor Odyssey Pictures said it would finance Foothill's production of SPH's Raz & Benny. The show is aimed at 6-9s and features two mice whose ambitions are bigger than their brains.

Odyssey and Foothill entered a co-development deal last year that has so far delivered two shows, Gunk Aliens and My Momtourage and Me.

Foothill has also agreed to represent three of Odyssey's titles for international distribution: Kings of France, Vauban and On the Farm.
