Foothill takes on two new toons

A pair of new tween and teen properties from US outfit phuuz entertainment will be showcased by partner Foothill Entertainment at the New York Licensing Show later this month.

Adding to phuuz's existing properties Boxing Bobbies & Boy and Vessels, codeveloper and distributor Foothill will present Special Delivery (26x25', left) to the l&m folks in New York.
This boys action toon follows six rogue delivery couriers as they dispense unlikely packages around the world. phuuz has also developed the property for the video game and licensing markets.

Foothill is also bringing phuuz's futuristic boys action property Kid Kaiju (26x25', right) to market. The toon follows a normal boy in a not-so-normal world where giant monsters attack cities and alien invasions are commonplace. Luckily, our hero has bodysuit of alien technology that gives him super powers.

phuuz was formed by Emmy-winning writer/producer Eric Radomski, ex vp of production at Warner Bros Animation Ken Duer and former vp/gm of Film Roman's web arm Level13.net, Jay Francis.

Meanwhile Foothill was founded by former DIC Entertainment exec vp of business and legal affairs Gregory Payne and Jo Kavanagh-Payne, former Link Television Entertainment svp of US operations.
