Here sounds are living, breathing creatures that make and fulfill every sound and rhythm request. Whether it kerplunks, bumps, chirps or burps, if it makes a sound...it's made in Metronome. This funky, hip, offbeat group of characters share adventures in this magical place: from the chaotic mayhem that percolates from their daily routines in the sound and rhythm factory to their ongoing struggle to protect Metronome from evil forces who want to end all sound and rhythm as we know it. Each story in Metronome is built on a rhythmic foundation that pulls the viewer in. It's a television experience rich with discovery and imagination that is both entertaining and educational. This is a series created by Eric Stein and Michael S Bandy.

To appeal to children of ages 8-14, this is a high-action adventure comedy, with the emphasis on comedy. Based on a world famous 2 year-old genius that leads a double life as both celebrity and secret agent. When his mother is mysteriously kidnapped, "Baby" (as he's known) accepts a top secret job as Special Agent to the President, planning to use government resources and technology to find his mom. But it's not easy for a kid to deal with the demands of celebrity, maintain a secret identity, and do battle with megalomaniac super-villains. All this, while he constantly trying to feed his unquenchable thirst for knowledge and struggling to control his unpredictable "baby instincts".
Foothill is seeking funding and pre-sales for this series that is to be produced by Donald Zappala of ZAP Studios.
