Foothill brings Hal Seeger classics to the US and Canada

NEWS BRIEF: Santa Barbara-based distributor Foothill Entertainment has secured multi-platform video rights to content from retro pop culture entertainment company, Shout! Factory. The deal brings TV classics produced by Hal Seeger Productions, such as Batfink and Milton the Monster, to video in the US and Canada. Batfink's wings of steel were first spread in US syndication in September 1967. The 100x5' series currently airs in a number of countries, on Cartoon Network's Boomerang channel in the US and the BBC in the UK, for example. Milton the Monster debuted on ABC TV in 1965 and was Seeger's first animated cartoon for network television.
