Foothill Entertainment Acquires Package from ME Productions

Santa Barbara-based Foothill Entertainment has acquired distribution rights to reality series On Duty and On Patrol with the Santa Barbara PDfrom ME Productions. Foothill has acquired worldwide rights to On Duty (13 x 22’), which follows Santa Barbara firefighters in action. Foothill has also picked up North American rights from ME to On Patrol with the Santa Barbara PD (52 x 22’), which chronicles the Santa Barbara police department.  The reality series is in its fourth season and has already been sold to Scandinavian television. Foothill president Jo Kavanagh-Payne said, “We have been distributing and selling television programs produced around the world from our offices on State Street in Santa Barbara. That is why we are so excited to be able to bring programs produced in Santa Barbara to the rest of the world.” Foothill is taking both series to MIPTV, where On Duty will debut for global buyers.
